Allergies Restrictions Please inform your agent of any allergies or food restrictions in advance. Don’t forget to include your zip code when providing your event address!
Menu Orders Kindly submit your menu selections 5-7 days before the event to the agent you’re working with. If you have any questions, feel free to call or text your agent.
Travel Fees Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Please check with your agent for details. All service and travel fees go directly to the chef.
Reservation Deposit A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Include your name and event date with your payment. The deposit will be applied to your total cost, but it is non-refundable if you cancel.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients are responsible for canceling due to inclement weather.
Weather Precautions If it rains, you must provide some type of cover for the chef, such as a tent or patio area. We can also cook indoors, ensuring your event goes smoothly, rain or shine!
